Affected Gift Sets Were Sold Between 25 September and 20 November 2024 and features the 2-tone design and Radley logo as per image.

Recall Details
We have been informed of a potential safety issue with the mug in this set. In some instances, the base of the mug is cracking and separating when in use, therefore, this product is being recalled.

The safety and well-being of our customers is very important to us so we’re asking that you stop using the mug and contact Radley Customer Care at your earliest convenience for assistance on obtaining a refund.

If you’ve bought this product for someone else, it’s important that you let them know about this as soon as possible.
