If your watch has arrived and you’re not 100% happy, you can return it to us in perfect, unworn condition for a full refund. Please include all packaging and labels.
If you think your watch or smart watch has a fault under the terms of guarantee, please call the Peers Hardy (our timepiece partners) Customer Service team on 0121 524 1400, or email radleywatches@peershardy.co.uk.
They will be happy to help. The team is available 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please do not return any faulty watches to the Radley London warehouse in Milton Keynes.
